ព្រលានយន្តហោះអន្តរជាតិភ្នំពេញថ្មី ស្ថិតនៅឃុំព្រែកស្លែង ស្រុកកណ្តាលស្ទឹង ខេត្តកណ្តាល។
ព្រលានយន្តហោះថ្មីនេះ សាងសង់លើផ្ទៃដីទំហំប្រមាណ ២,៦០០ហិកតា ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងក្រុងតាខ្មៅ និងស្រុកកណ្តាលស្ទឹង ខេត្តកណ្តាល និងដីខ្លះស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុកបាទី ខេត្តតាកែវ ដែលពេលនេះសម្រេចបានប្រមាណ ៣០ភាគរយហើយ។ អាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិថ្មីនេះ វិនិយោគក្នុងទឹកប្រាក់ប្រមាណ ១,៥០០លានដុល្លារ ក្នុងនោះទឹកប្រាក់១,១០០លានដុល្លារជាកម្ចីពីធនាគារបរទេស និង២៨០លានដុល្លារជារបស់ក្រុម CAIC របស់ឧកញ៉ា ពុង ខៀវសែ ហើយដើមទុនចុះបញ្ជីមានរហូតដល់១២០លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក ដែលនឹងសាងសង់រួចរាល់នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ខាងមុខ។
The new Phnom Penh International Airport is located in Prek Daek commune, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
The new airport is built on an area of about 2,600 hectares in Takhmao and Kandal Stung districts, Kandal province, and some land in Bati district of Takeo province, which has now achieved about 30 percent.The new international airport invests about $ 1.5 billion, $ 1.1 billion in foreign loans and $ 280 million from the CAIC Group of Oknha Pung Khsea's and registered capital of 120 million.
